"the menu and the setting are good, but the service was chaotic. it took a long time to get the tee and then a long time to get the food. it was dizzy, as all this was offered. the personal was friendly, but everything was disorganized. the food was ok, the custard mini darts were excellent. the bill came with service fee already included and we were not asked it was ok. we have asked to lower it due to the chaotic service, at the end of waiting for another they removed the service fee completely."

The ambience suited the setting. The staff were friendly. The afternoon tea selection was tasty and I enjoyed the different way the sandwiches were presented. I also loved the complimentary proseco and brownie desert to celebrate my birthday

A friends meet up where a few samples afternoon tea for the first time (visitors to U.K. . Just say that it was well received. We were not rushed or called out on table time. The experience was fantastic with lovely food and drinks. The sweet side of the afternoon tea was a lot to consume so we had them as a take away.

The food was bland, very sweet, and not what we had expected from the menu. The cakes were dry, the sandwiches were bland and one-note. The service was terrible, we had to go up to staff multiple times to get a server to come to our table. The drinks were also extremely strong and awful. Strainer was dirty before using it.
