I had a fabulous surprise afternoon tea for my 60th birthday at this restaurant! Finn (apologies if spelled incorrectly) provided great service with a smile, despite having to make several trips up and down the stairs.

Came here with my partner for afternoon tea. Atmosphere was lovely and warm. The tea platter was very filling! Only downside was some of the teas weren’t refillable, even though stated on the menu? Other than that, lovely visit shout out to Finn for making our visit even more enjoyable!

I recently enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea at Sweet Little Things to celebrate my 60th birthday. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the homemade cakes, sausage rolls, and scones were delicious. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion or just to enjoy a coffee and cake.

this is not right in the center of the city, but it is worth looking for it only for the numerous delicious looking cupcakes and other tasty ones. we chose a roasted sandwich that was also very delicious. no place for cake. beautifully decorated and the personal was beautifully inside and outside seat and cheap prices.

While the cafe and decor were lovely, the customer service was disappointingly terrible. The staff were unhelpful, blunt, and rude, responding in a sarcastic manner. As newcomers to the cafe, asking questions only made us feel like we were a bother. Hopefully, this feedback, along with other reviews, will prompt the staff to enhance their customer service skills.

We came to Sweet Little Things on Saturday 9th December for a baby shower for 7 people. We had the most incredible time! The communication over email for booking was brilliant and I couldn’t fault how accommodating they are. Our train was delayed by 1.5 hours due to signal problems and SLT were amazing and let us arrive late. The afternoon tea was really nice and great value for money. Our waiter (I think his name was Will) looked after us and was really attentive. I would highly recommend!

Ordered a caramel coffee, a black forest hot chocolate and 2 cakes, it took about 30 minutes probably longer to get receive, yes it was slightly busy upon first ordering but then when I went to enquire about it, the counter area was empty but still took longer than expected. The hot chocolate that is pictured with cream and black forest bits didn't have anything like that on it, there wasn't even a trace that cream had been put on it (lid was clean). The cakes although nice, fell apart, the coffee was revolting despite having syrup and 6 sugars in it (it should have been overly sweet) but no, I had a couple of sips from it and ended up throwing it away and ended up buying another at a Bistro...

We visited this cute little cafe on our last day in Bath. As the cafe doesn’t open until 10:30 I had purchased a coffee from elsewhere. We planned to eat breakfast at the cafe and I was the only one with a coffee from elsewhere. A member of staff immediately asked me not not to consume outside goods inside the cafe. I appreciate this can often be the case but was surprised given we were ordering three full breakfasts from there and had waited to do that. My friend who is vegan ordered the vegan pancakes and unfortunately we had to send these back as they were tough and so difficult to cut through and chew.
