"Das Personal war völlig überfordert! Ein Cocktail wurde uns doppelt gebracht und anstatt freundlich und deeskalierend nachzufragen, was da schief gelaufen ist, kam eine wütende Kellnerin zu uns an den Tisch, hat uns dafür verantwortlich gemacht und sehr unfreundlich gefragt, warum wir denn bestellte Cocktails zurück gehen lassen würden, worauf hin wir erstmal erklären mussten, dass wir den bestellen Cocktail längst erhalten hatten. Die zweite Runde Cocktails haben wir um kurz nach 22 Uhr, also kurz nach Ende der ersten Happy Hour bestellt. Ein Cocktail kam erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage, 55 (!) Minuten später, also um kurz vor 23 Uhr. Um 23 beginnt die nächste Happy Hour. Aber anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, dass wir so lange auf den Cockail warten mussten, wurde er einfach nur auf den Tisch gestellt und wir mussten den vollen Nicht-Happy-Hour Preis zahlen, obwohl wir fast die ganze Stunde, in der keine Happy Hour war, auf den Cocktail warten mussten. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob man uns nicht zumindest nur den Happy Hour Preis berechnen könnte, weil wir genauso gut eine Stunde mit der Bestellung hätten warten können, um dann den halben Preis zu zahlen, sagte man uns nur, das ginge nicht, der Cocktail sei ja schließlich schon im Computersystem verbucht! Freichheit! Auf der Rechnung am Ende standen dann zwei Cocktails, die wir überhaupt nicht bestellt hatten! Nach langer Diskussion mit der Kellnerin mussten wir zumindest die dann nicht auch noch zahlen. Da gehen wir sicher nicht nochmal hin!"

The food offered is just delicious! One of the coolest restaurants! A must visit when in Bonn! Just make sure to reserve a table, because it is always full, especially at weekends.

I really liked everything about this place. The interior is very well decorated and serves to the whole Mexican aesthetic. The staff were smiley and very nice. My only concern was that it did take around half an hour for the food to be served,...but it was delicious!

Eating is so good. I was here several times and everything I tried was so delicious. Coctails are the best. The cocktail menu is on 4-5 pages, so many to choose and the happy hour is for the whole day. The service is also great. I'm going to Bonn. You also have lunch menus that are good.
