"Actually the best hash browns... Before our tour over the Furka, Grimsel and Susten passes, I came across a very nice report online that highlighted the restaurant as the best restaurant with the best Swiss Rösti and the best cakes . So we took a break, sat down on the cozy terrace, enjoyed the open, completely friendly nature of the host and tried classic rösti... And what can I say? The video was in no way exaggerating. A very fine taste experience that stands for top product quality and loving preparation. I would highly recommend anyone driving the Susten Pass to take this experience with them. Thank you Christina and Peter!"

when we drive down the sustenpass, we stopped here for lunch and we have one! as Swiss as it becomes. fair and good. Schirr contains a decent beside salad that is beautiful. friendly people who lead the place.

After a long day of hiking and mishap with buses on our end, we decided to turn our short stop into a quick dinner. We received two Röstis and a beer within 10 minutes. It was one of the most delicious Röstis I have tried so far! I and my friend really enjoyed our meals, even though we didn’t have enough time to fully appreciate it!
