One of the poorest, bland and soggy takeaways I've had. The dishes are overpriced and unfresh. Nearly £32 for 4 dishes!!! Go elsewhere!

Mị̀ dī, so disappointing. Advance ordered at 5.07pm for delivery at 8.20. No food at 8.30 but App stated order complete. Called at 8.35 to check order and was informed that food had left at 8pm and was with the driver so not their issue!! Had a conversation about that!!!! Food arrived at 8.55, spoke to poor driver who said he was given 6 orders at 8 but no info on priority. In respect of the food I have visited Thailand 13 times and can only say that the food quality in my opinion was really poor, stone cold and also missing in addition the plum sauce that was promised. I've ordered from this restaurant several times and always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, their delivery service is quite poor. I ordered a set meal, but they delivered the wrong curry three times. By the time I received the correct order, the rest of the food had gone cold. When I called for the fourth time, the response I received was, "I've paid the driver three times; don't order from us again." They offered no solution or replacement for the hot set meal I had ordered and was promised. I ended up having to heat everything up, and it took two hours to get the correct curry delivered. This was their mistake, not mine! Overall, I found the service to be rude and disappointing.

My review on JustEat was removed for some reason, so I would try to review my recent experience here. I had high hopes ordering from this restaurant as there are not many good takeaways in the area, however it was quite disappointing first time experience as my thai curry with prawns was sicky sweet and with too much coconut in it and dirty, unwashed prawns full of gritty sand : This put me off eating my meal immediately; if the restaurant doesn’t wash their produce thoroughly, it’s a fail. My partner’s beef dish was ok according to him but beef was a low quality. The food also arrived lukewarm and we needed to microwave it On the plus side, it was delivered on time.
