Returned to the Adam &eve pub to find the standards just as good as our last visit. Keith and billy made us very welcome along with the staff. The food is excellent, great choice beers and wines and friendly atmosphere, love the place it.

Nice looking pub with lots of space, however the bar staff were very rude when they made a mistake with my order, blaming myself for the blunder twice and putting a really horrible atmosphere on Sunday afternoon when all I wanted to do was relax. Busy Saturday night, staff behind the bar talking to eachother like they don’t have 3 6 people waiting to order a drink. Eventually myself and another ended up leaving. It’s a pity as this pub is usually great. Also, their pints are slightly over priced wouldn’t recommend going unless it’s during happy hour. The owners of the pub seem to think they’re in Tower Bridge, the pub’s in the middle of homerton!

This is a great and v large east London Victorian boozer that should be a good place for an evening out. Sadly it's not due to the main bar area being completely dominated by 5 sports screens, all on at full volume. The pub is big enough to have a sports area and a non- sports area in the main bar area. Out the back is a lovely big candlelit room that is ruined by awful music played very loud (to drown out the sport? . Thank goodness for the covered garden, which would be pleasant if there were comfortable seats.

I like this pub and the pints are well priced. Good outdoor area and they show all the football too. Ticks all the boxes. The only issue is the bar staff (not all of them, but 90% of them) act as if it 's a chore for them to serve you a drink. I thought it may be a one off but it 's every time. A while back I ordered 4 Amstel and when I said it was off, the barman said it 's not off, you just don 't like Amstel I mean, I 'm pretty sure I do as I just ordered 4 of them. H[pster oriented pub on Homerton High st. Gives off the vibe that they dont really want people of an older age in there. Was served up 2 x 34 of a pint of beer. Asked for a top up then got 2x 78 of a pint of beer. had to ask for a further top up to get a full pint. When i tried to pay with my card in this card only pub it would only accept my card if i clicked on a certain percentage of tip or no thanks if i didnt want to give a tip at all. Why would i want to tip anyone for just pouring me a drink especially when it wasnt a full drink. Not a nice experience.

Had a booking to visit this pub with two friends after the hackney half. Proved to be a massive mistake. You would have thought that with a fairly major event in the area managers would have thought to schedule more people on. This venue had just two behind the bar who in all fairness were amazing but stood no chance against queues of customers. The table we had been allocated for three people was far too small with only two seats on it. When we grabbed an extra chair to try and get the third person on we got told off by a surly chef who popped out of the kitchen. An overall very disappointing experience

Group of us picked this place just for the outside area due to current restrictions and had no idea of the place what to expect. What a pleasant surprise!! The outdoor area is mostly covered so remains warm and comfortable, has multiple TVs so is great for sport which was one of the reasons for the booking. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very quick with delivery with (the current enforced) table service/app ordering. But the highlight and biggest surprise was the food, just expecting a typical pub menu (as mentioned hadn’t looked or knew what to expect) but was surprised to see it was a Thai inspired menu, varied dishes, full of flavour a real nice kick. 4 of us each had different meal, a...
