The restaurant is fantastic! The pizza is absolutely delicious. After the renovation, the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is friendly as well.

Lunchtime visit. On this occasion we had main courses only. Food very good and hot. Very good service at the bar and the food brought to our table.

immersed in today and was hit by warm friendly staff behind the bar had nice quick and simple transaction found a table instant and no queuing for the carvery. eating was amazing as I have always found it there to offer a lot to choose from. will be returning

I went out for a family dinner, and although it wasn’t just about socializing, the restaurant's layout was inviting and perfect for families. The food was incredible—I couldn’t finish it all and ended up taking the leftovers home for later. Overall, I had a wonderful meal and a great time.

Lovely friendly service as always and adequately catered for our large group making us feel welcome including the children! Food was lovely, even though it was pretty busy every thing moved quickly still. Carvery line moved quickly too, staff were lovely and very patient with the children. We was late for our reservation on fathers day. we phoned ahead to give a heads up, we arrived expecting to have to wait but they had a lovely table sat ready for us on arrival. Would recommend to others.

I’m a very lucky guy. The Alma is my local but I’d walk a hundred miles just to be there enjoying the great food, the welcoming team behind the bar and kitchen and the terrific value and quality in everything we savour every time we visit! Visited for the first time this afternoon. It was absolutely amazing. The range on the menu is wide and we found something for everyone, even my daughters who have severe allergies, therefore it can be hard to eat out with them. The staff, especially Ella and the managers were so lovely to deal with, they were polite and professional and really nice. The whole atmosphere meal was brilliant.
