"So me and my partner seen great reviews for the annexe on Facebook and had to try it.. he had the beef and I had the pork belly and both the meats were great. I felt the rest of the roast was ok/nice but could do with a little more flavour/seasoning. The roast potatoes tasted like they were left out from the night before but that was the only real disappointment I had. The atmosphere in the pub and beer garden is lovely and I will return as I think I may have just visited on an off day but all in all for under £10 it was definitely value for money and the puds are very yum!"

This really is a treasure. The food choice is good, it's excellent quality and very reasonably priced. The staff are superb too.

Decent ale pub, ok/mediocre beer selection, but all served in cheapo plastic cups today! Didn't stick around long because of that.

Regularly order takeaway pizzas here. Quality goes down a bit on weekends. Usually better during the week. when they get it right they are great. Have heard the Sunday roasts are great. Will give it a try.

A great local. The quiz on Monday evening is always a laugh. Good ales on rotation and the pizza is extremely good value and served fast. If you fancy a game of pool, you can pop across the courtyard to the sportsman!

Sunday night, the Annexe was closed so ended up in the Sportsbar for our pizza instead. As always the pizza was brilliant build your own from choice of base, sauce and multiple toppings. Fresh, quick, delicious. Thank you

The Annexe is a lovely little pub that serves about 8 real ales and 3 or 4 ciders. The Sunday Roasts are a real gem and at great prices. Would recommend to anyone. Always very busy about 2pm on a Sunday so make sure you book a table.

We returned to the Annexe a couple of weeks ago to be greeted in the most friendly manner by May who'd remembered us from 6 months ago. We are excellent food, very good value, ample choice of drinks and very Covid safe. What a pleasure.

We're so lucky to have The Annexe within walking distance from us so we can get our pizza fix! Their build your own pizzas are fantastic value for money we have both ate in and collected. Being able to customise every option the base, sauce, toppings and finishing touches, is great. The pizzas are always really fresh and not at all greasy. I would highly highly recommend The Annexe.
