"We dined as a family of five for Sunday lunch, 3/9/23. The restaurant is situated on Hendre Coed Isaf Holiday Park, a very well kept static caravan holiday park which has a pool for residents and a pirate themed play park. We reserved a table, and were shown to it promptly, we were almost the furthest table from the window but it was great weather and you could just about see the sea. There are really a handful of tables with a view (I hadn't requested one. We all had roast dinners (Turkey/Beef which looked like a very large portion, especially the children's portion, however all the adults finished their delicious meals off, and the children's was happily boxed up by the staff at the end of our meals. We had desserts, the ice cream was good quality, the panna cotta was delicious and the crumble cake (I'm told was scrumptious. The service was great, attentive but not intrusive. The terrace outside had beautiful views, and was a lovely place to have a relaxed drink."

We visited the restaurant this week for our annual visit and found it to be just as good as it always has been. We make the trip from the Midlands every year just to eat there.

This restaurant is stunningly beautiful. The views are one of a kind. The atmosphere is lovely, with elegantly set tables. The food and service were both outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

Being coming to Barmouth for the last 5 years and only stumbled on this restaurant by chance. What can I say food excellent, staff so attentive and very dog friendly even had a menu for dogs. Highly recommended for a lovely chilled evening. Views are outstanding as well.

Lovely restaurant set within a caravan park and open to the general public. A varied menu and excellent value for money. The food was superb and the waiting on staff very professional and nothing was too much. The view from the restaurant is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant. We are going back there very soon.

We visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch on the first day of our family vacation. We were impressed with everything - the top-notch service, the inviting atmosphere, and the delicious food. Despite the high quality, the prices were very reasonable. Each member of our party had three courses and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We highly recommend this place.

A mixed response to the food. I had ham hock followed by duck,my husband had siracha wings followed by cannelloni and daughter had cauliflower bites followed by kids chicken nuggets and chips. My dishes were lovely, well cooked, husbands starter was good but main was burnt, daughters cauliflower bites were so spicy she couldn’t eat them. We were all really looking forward to it due to reviews but were left underwhelmed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately we couldn’t see the views from where we were seated.

I booked the restaurant online, with a request within their requests box, for a romantic table which has views of the sea . Request was not even acknowledged or mentioned upon our arrival, and we were ushered to a cramped table in a tight corner, way to close to a group 6 people [who happened to have the sea view]. Terrible cooking, lacking refinement and understanding of how to cook the ingredients properly 'eg ' Crab Cakes are more like Cra* Cakes [not very fresh].....and Swordfish [not very fresh] overcooked like a well done beef steak. Salads and accompanying sides were dreadful. I can cook better myself, and i 'm not a chef!!
