"Loved this hotel. Great location, nice and quiet, room was lovely and came with a big fan which was super helpful in heatwave conditions. The value for money was second to none with breakfast included and excellent. Staff were brilliant and everything was swiftly done and very friendly. The attached pub is also great, you don't hear it in the rooms but you do benefit from a great range of beers and ales, decent food and live sport. I'll definitely be back if in the area. Thanks"

many thanks to all those who work today. 13 of us came to lunch for my father's birthday, we couldn't owe anything. the eating was once again super, service was excellent the beautiful touch of ballon birthday banner added it a perfect afternoon.

The staff were really friendly, in the restaurant and behind the bar. We only had breakfast in the hotel but had a good choice between a full english or a bacon sandwich, among other things. The price was reasonable. The room in general was clean but as others have already commented the bathroom did have a little bit of mould on the silicone around the bath.The hotel could do with some new wallpaper and a lick of paint but all in all I would definitely stay there again.
