"Visited 07/09/24..A lovely quaint bistro, well set out and clean and tidy.. We (my brother and I) were greeted with a smile by a young lady who was very welcoming and friendly..We had to wait a little bit for food but that was our fault for being in so early and food (main meals) didn't start until 12 (which we were made aware of) food came out soon after 12 and was lovely molten bowl of macaroni cheese cheesy goodness.. I was warned by the server lady it was very warm she wasn't wrong ..All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful it has lovely food and a good choice of drinks too.. Never been to the classroom bistro or Nairn before (we were only through to visit Nairn county) would love to come back and visit the classroom and next time stay a bit longer.."

Nice place to eat. Very good selection of popular dishes and the dishes we had were very tasty, plus they kept their heat.

A nice diner-style restaurant. The ambience and location is great, the staff is very friendly and the menu has something for every taste. I ate a burger which was very tasty! It is a highly recommended bistro! View menu

Better to make a reservation if possible but we had luck of finding the last free table. We were waiting for a while for a food to come, it was not awful but also was not anything special for that price. Polite staff.

Pub where we had a great time, on the terrace too! Warm welcome and very good advice. The fish chips are really excellent (tender and fine fish, lacy breadcrumbs . The local stout is also a delight. Thank you to the managers and teams. I advise without hesitation ;

The burgers were good, but just a bit dry none of the opulence in the pictures. The just too eoon burger belongs not enough sauces, not enough lettuce, onions, cucumber in one the tomato has everything. missing. All patties deserve special praise for this, great quality! And: the pepper sauce that was ordered and paid for was ripped out, it was sensationally good! The Caesars salad didn't quite live up to expectations either, but hey, compared to what else there is in Nairn, it's certainly one of the best options for a decent dinner. View menu

Met the manager on entry….told us no tables but to try again later and only if we were lucky! Said, could we buy a drink and wait… told we could not. Although many people were drinking separately from the food tables. Outside many tables free….not cold …it’s August! Not sure why we were treated in this way because we went by about half hour later and many tables were empty? Face didn’t fit ? Clothes not trendy enough? English accent? Probably the blood trail leading down the High Street had him worried a couple of 70’s might just kick off!

Booked dinner on Saturday 7th September for 4 people, service was terrible from start to finish, ordered drinks, vodka and coke but only got glass of coke when we complained the waiter adviced they forgot to put the vodka in , burgers were ordered and the meat was red under cooked so spoke to the manager who explained burger should never have been served raw, serving raw meats has the potential to be very dangerous! Felt staff were very inexperienced, We will not be returning and would urge anyone thinking about booking here seriously consider it,
