"we were already at several places to relax, and at a distance was my favorite restaurant to eat. we had heard that it had different cooks now, but not expected that eating is so bad. I and my man were so disappointed, eating came simply warm no presentation it was simply thrown on the plate, my main dish did not taste better than a microwave meal. for £70 this should be something special, they can get the same food that actually tastes better in the sizzler pub for much less than we paid. we will not come back in the final. such a shame to let this place down."

terrible, last week. always loved eating in more comfortable escape, but it was terrible. 3 of us asked the waitress to ask the cook to check the filetsteaks, as they had the worst taste and smell. View menu

it is hard to overestimate the effects of covid on the gastfreundschaft trade, and we are compassionate, but our experience cannot be responsible for the pandemic. we should have been suspicious when we saw how quiet it was for a Saturday night.

We ordered the Chateaubriand and we received only 4 small slices each, served with the wrong sauces and by the time the chef had made the correct ones, which just tasted watery we had nearly finished. If you want a proper Chateaubriand visit Angelicas in Leeds View menu

I was a few times before and thought I was really good, but since it was recently taken over .. the staff was very helpful and beautiful, that was cut through, but would have been much better if it was hot instead of warm!. I would recommend it because it was nice and delicious but cold!

the service was very good and the staff was friendly and attentive. nizza menu choice but the presentation and the whole food experience do not match the price! because this was the mid-week instead of the weekend, maybe it was just a cook instead of a chef in the kitchen? there was no question of being busy as there were very few diners on this particular evening. I'd probably try to see if it was just a free day.

"Attended a family wedding here recently. The restaurant, the location and the facilities were top notch, I think you would have to work hard to improve on what they have achieved here. However, the bar staff in the first floor function suite leave much to be desired ! Their attitude and reaction to the wedding guests during the wedding reception and evening event should definatly be improved ! It began with the sullen faces of the waiting staff during the reception , most should learn how to smile only one lady waitress blonde hair new starter was polite and smiled give her a job in staff training We asked for a bread roll during lunch, to be told, only for guests who have ordered soup ! Eventually after asking again they brought two over for the brides father... The evening event was a challenge when we struggled to understand why the part bottles of wine had disappeared from the table, when most of the guests were drinking spirits and beer etc. The penny , or should I say the C £17,000 dropped when the waitresses were removing full glasses of drinks from the table without checking! When challenged , the nonchalant response was to place the drinks back on the table and march off like petulant teenager! Our dismay was amplified the following day during a conversation with the restaurant manager told us , that 's what we do, If you need to keep your opened bottles of wine on the table you need to let us know , otherwise they will be removed! oh, so the wine is cleared along with the newly poured drinks too then? I don 't think we, or anyone else we know have ever been to a restaurant and even thought to tell the waiting staff not to take the half bottles of wine away before they have been emptied ? This usual practice was not discussed when we booked ! A cynic could suspect they re sell the newly recovered wine by the glass. This said, the manager did compensate with two bottles of the brides choice , so thanks for recognising the issue. But please consider NOT removing part bottles etc without checking in the first place."
