"Newcastle on a wet and dreery day turn up to a wetherspoons pub 'The Five Swans ', absolutely lovely interior and welcoming atmosphere. Arrived here with a family of six in early so accessable seating and plenty of room. Service was beyond what I expected from a young university gentleman with superb manners. Fabulous drinks and hot food. So look forward to returning here again. Truly grateful, thank you all."

great pub, be on the spot. staff always friendly and very helpful. we will go to cash on a regular basis. plus very good prices for a city centre bar

had the vegan who was very dry. the personal was rude, a part of the order wrong for our table. the personal could do with more customer service training. the prices were good. View menu

a nice pub in newcastle. a great small building with many corners and cranes for tables. the service could be a bit faster, as there are some empty tables still with used plates/leaves.

it is beautiful and great to see chains like this catering for vegan! it is a step in the right direction! it is good to know whether they are away from home and cannot find a vegan place or fight with options that have chains like them! always good as a last resort or if they want a snack in a night out! Fantastic place to hangout with your family and kids. Food is great as well. I personally like the BBQ chicken pizza here. The place is quite spacious and can accommodate many peoples. It's very busy in the weekends specially in the evenings. Staff is polite and helping as well. Would recommend this place to everyone.

track and trace and their order on the line does not work on my phone, I need to get my friend into my blase to do it. the food was delicious had curry this time needs a bit more rice on the plate, but the curry was beautiful and delicious. I usually order the butter chicken burger with chips or their thin burger with salat both taste good. her pizza is also beautiful. personal is good
