"Popped in for lunch. A lovely pub with lots of character, wooden beams, stone floors and exposed brick walls and quirky traditional seating. Thank goodness it doesnt look like every other pub. The burgers are really good and you can build them to your preference. Worth a drive out. Always a great welcome"

Lovely pub with amazing burgers, including gluten-free buns on request. Sticky toffee pudding was GF too!

Great find! Staff were helpful and polite. Burgers were fantastic wish we had gone for an additional latte.

Nice oldy worldly pub. It used to be a medieval church. It has a bit of history with a highway man that was killed and brought to the pub and supposedly haunted by him. Great food and a few cask ales.

Didn't eat here. I just popped in for a pint with my son. Great little pub. Finally, we have found some where that sells a decent pint locally. Nice fresh IPA, clearly had been pulled off before opening, and the lines kept clean

Lovely pub with a huge selection of beers. It's a very old pub with plenty of character. The staff and locals are very friendly too. I had a Tring beer (half pint £2.50) they also had St Austells and Abbot and one other available, aswell as lager/Guinness. Very reasonable prices, highly recommend
