"We went to this restaurant during restaurant week with our 3 children. Unfortunately, my wife forgot to present the voucher when paying, but she showed it immediately after they paid for our meal with a card. The server charged us £42 for 3 paninis, 2 cokes, and fish fingers for our baby. We realized right away that this was not the discounted price for restaurant week. The server requested to see the voucher, which we showed them, but they refused to apply the discount. They did not give any explanation for this. I approached them to ask if we could cancel the order since they had not yet prepared our food, but they declined. We had to wait an additional 25 minutes for our food, and the fish fingers for the kids were too hard for our 9-month-old to eat. The ham panini was made with low-quality ham from a packet. The service was very poor, they did not take into account our mistake with the voucher. The food was basic and not worth the price we paid. The tables were also not clean."

4 of us met up for coffee and light lunch as we do here once a month and everything was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was busier than usual almost every table taken so excellent atmosphere but didn't affect the service. Only thing is parking which can be difficult and costly but it's in the city centre so to be expected and certainly wouldn't put us off meeting there Service: Dine in

I used to enjoy this cafe, but it has significantly declined in quality. Today, the till was not working so the staff had to manually add up the prices, resulting in guessing. A latte for £4.50 seemed overpriced. The tables were dirty, the food portions were smaller than before, and poorly presented. Additionally, they do not inform you of extra charges for items like coleslaw. I will not be returning as it is disappointing to see the decline in quality from what used to be a lovely cafe.

Long wait times and mediocre customer service. I’ll start with a positive, the food itself is tasty enough. But on each occasion I’ve been in the restaurant, the wait times have been lengthy. I understand a busy restaurant can have wait times but a panini shouldn’t take 25 mins to arrive and only arrive upon asking a member of staff for its whereabouts before it miraculously came out the kitchen right on cue. Customer service could do with some work, no apologies for the delay and no expectations set when ordering “We’ve got a …. minutes wait on food, apologies but it may take a little longer than usual” . No check backs on now the food was either. I get it’s difficult working in a busy envi...
