Great restaurant but they had no record of our booking! DON'T BOOK THIS RESTAURANT ON Open Table as the bookings aren't passed through to the King William!!!!

This unfortunate situation set the tone for our experience at the venue. However, after I submitted a complaint via email, the restaurant explained what happened during our visit and offered compensation. I appreciate their response, and they did what they could to apologize. That said, the issue of our booking not reaching them through OpenTable remains unresolved, and I would appreciate an explanation regarding that matter.
