"We were served quickly,their was little real Ale choice and the lathers were also limited.. The starters were lovely, I had Thai Crab Cakes, my wife had Beef Chilli Nachos with sour cream. This was a huge portion for a starter. We both had Curry options my Chickpea and potato curry could have been named Potato and Chickpea as it was top heavy with Potato The atmosphere despite two larger parties was subdued. They were operating a one way system for entry and exit ... Meal was okay and we left full"

Came down for a bite to eat Sunday lunch time. Service was good but the food was terrible. Chips weren’t the normal home made ones we’ve been used too, we ordered an extra bowl of the chips but we were disappointed as they were dry and tasted of cardboard. The whole meal was diabolical.

Efficient, pleasant staff. Meals came quickly were well presented and hot. Wasn’t busy due to the time I visited on a Sunday (4.15) but could also be due to the current circumstances. I didn’t realise until my meal came that because I didn’t specify I was served a standard meal which was a large serving. Definitely recommend

Prob worst food I have had for a while, Venue lovely, car park easy, service was flaky and certainly had not got the grip of Covid, no sign in, paper menus , plus as food waitress , real poor, complained about re heated chips and pie being inedible, retort was do you want me to warm the chips up ! No they are yesterdays Chips and as the Managers Son was biting on the next table I may have expected more, really poor, but nice venue for a drink just dont bother with the food , rubbish
