"We were recommended to look at the Langton for a small family and friends lunch to celebrate our wedding and we weren't disappointed. We met with the staff to discuss what we were looking for and they couldn't of been more helpful nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself is stylish and well laid out there was an annex area off the restaurant which accommodated our party perfectly and provided a well laid out, private area. The menu choices were varied and excellent our guests provided us with their selections and we provided the Langton with a pre order 7 days before the lunch. There was a variety of selections but all the food was of very high quality, came out piping hot and at the same time. They were very helpful with the arrangements setting up our tables with flowers and place settings. On the day, the staff were warm and welcoming we received excellent, efficient and friendly service from all of them. The food itself was amazing and all our guests commented on the high standard and how much they enjoyed it. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Langton 10 /10 for us!"

I used to go there and really liked the restaurant up to 2 years ago but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The service is too slow. Atmosphere is strained with overhearing other people’s conversations. A bit of music could help? Not going back.

The building and the restaurant look great, and the £100 for 3 courses and wine for 2 people was very good value, with a good selection on the menu, and the quality of the food was great. It was a bit of a shame it was so empty, so didn't have much of an atmosphere. View menu

A delicious late lunch yesterday goats cheese and beetroot starter, fish cakes and mini desserts and coffee to finish. Every element tasted excellent, the food came quickly and was attentively served by Uga, our Lithuanian server. The ambience was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend, and plan to go again!

We visited a charming pub located in the center of Charlton Kings. The food was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and tastefully decorated. As two of us have celiac disease, we were thrilled with the variety of options available. The staff was knowledgeable about allergens and very accommodating. Our meals, including a burger with gluten-free bread, belly pork with scallops, and a traditional cod and chips, arrived promptly and were deliciously prepared. We look forward to returning in the future!
