The food was good, but we felt it was too expensive. Our reservation was for 8pm and we had finished three courses by 9.15. The service was very fast. The wine was decent, but could have been colder. The staff were friendly and attentive. View menu

Honestly, our time at The Lawns was not very good. The restaurant was cold, my husband didn't receive his cauliflower cheese, and my fries were too crispy. However, we enjoyed The Goat's Cheesecake and The Burger. It would have been nice if they had Wi-Fi available for customers.

The new owners have made significant improvements to this establishment, transforming it from a pub to a proper restaurant. During our visit on a quiet Monday lunchtime, we found the menu to be concise yet intriguing, and the food was well-presented and delicious. We plan on returning again soon and are excited to get to know the staff better and experience even better service.

Disgusting customer service, clueless unsympathetic staff, poor value for money, awful waiting service. Unprofessional duty manager. The list of complaints is too long to list. Customer service training needed throughout the front of house staff. I will never recommend The Lawns to anyone. Neither will the 3 other people from our party and as you know word of mouth can be very damaging. View menu
