"I spent this year kensal green cemetery open day with a good group of friends and decided to be all together for a bite and a break in the manson, ok, a few times honest. perfect sunny weather of the garden was for a tasty bite and we have had luck securing a table for all 6 of us in the covered opposite. we have tried all different dishes and I have to admit that we were all really satisfied. there was only a small mistake with chips instead of an salad, but we were really happy with what we got. I have treated the crispy calamari, delicate and crisp, and the angus steak sandwich with chips, juicy and tasteful, all washed with a refreshing zider. delicious! the only part are the prices, somewhat too high for some of the portions they receive and for the drinks. the interieur is pleasantly cool and has space for a large number of groups. try it."

The atmosphere and design of this restaurant are delightful. It is one of the few remaining traditional pubs with a welcoming and polite staff.

have recently moved into the opposite and have had luck, this is now our local pub. I was here on different days and over various times – Sunday for frying (epic, by the way); Saturday for football; midday; and Friday evening live music – and at every occasion everything was extraordinary: the staff and their service, eating, drinking, atmosphere five stars! the perfect pub.

Great place that caters for all. Nice indoor and outdoor space. Food is very fresh and tasty and service is always on point. Great selection of drinks and plenty of entertainment throughout the week. Quiz nights , live music and always some promo on drinks or specials on food. Perfect spot if you ask me. Great place to meet new people as the place has great regulars who always welcome everyone with an open arms. Give it a try and you wont be disappointed. View menu

During our first visit to the pub, we met up with family at a nearby cemetery before enjoying a delicious Sunday Lunch that we had booked well in advance. The service, table arrangement, ambiance, and food options were all excellent. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. However, we were disappointed to find that hot drinks were not available, which slightly tarnished an otherwise lovely experience. This issue should be addressed and rectified in the future.

The pub serves excellent food, but I was not happy when another diner turned on a football match. The pub could use a new front door that closes properly to keep it warmer in the cold weather. The portion sizes are huge, so don't eat breakfast before going for Sunday lunch. I'm not sure why the belly pork option is called porchetta, but it may appeal to the gentrified customers in the area. The neighborhood used to be working class, but now it seems to attract faux football fans like the one at the adjacent table.
