I saw a member of staff wiping his unmasked mouth and nose with his hand and then serve food. sat in a chair that was so wobbly it would not taken a heavy person I am 11st 4lb) and on pointing this out to a member of staff he just simply left it there for someone else to sit on. The music was so loud we had difficulty hearing the waitress she was sweet if very untrained) or conversing. table was sticky. Well thats enough to be getting on with if they are really interested."

We made a booking to follow a visit the Kensal Green Cemetery. The pub is just outside the gate. Strict observance of Covid-aware rules made us feel safe and valued. The staff were fantastic and the food was excellent.

We had a nice time in the Mason's Arms and the staff was very helpful. They were happy for me and my sister to order a child's part for our frying, as the adult part would have been too big. The sticky toffe pudding was delicious! Thank you.

We arrived late but that was no problem for the staff. Party size increased to 10 people and the party arrived at different times, again no problem. Food was very good. We wasn't hurried off our table when the meal was finished. Brilliant service and service with a smile. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic pub this is my Nans local, the staff literally go out there to make sure you are happy, had a funeral so dropped my 87-year-old Nan away and the staff ensured that she had a cup of tea and was searched until I returned, eating fantastic, staff amazing, will return deffo :

Television was excessively loud, service was almost unavailable, both my wife and I had records on our coats of staff clearing tables, food was bad quality and the choice was limited. We used to enjoy our Sunday dinners for good service and food. We will not return as there are better farms in the area.

as per your email we booked a table for 1.30 having changed from 1pm It is noted we needed to arrive by 1.50 which we did only to be told that our table had been given to others because server stated her records showed 1pm ! We had changed the time over a week ago. As such was not a table for the 5 of us only for v4 which is not acceptable, particularly as we are regular visitors and generous tippers
