Nice friendly atmosphere, my Vegan Pie was lovely, both my kids enjoyed there food, I would certainly come here again

I had a roast dinner and it was delicious. The Yorkshire puddings were crunchy, the mashed potatoes were flavorful, and the beef was tender. They even offered us more gravy!

The service is great and the food is delicious. The daily specials are definitely worth trying. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a nice shower in the hotel.

Although the hotel could do with some minor improvements our experience in the bar was brilliant. The bar staff went the extra mile to make sure we were catered for. Enjoyed the banter with them too. Becky H and Rebekah R are a fantastic. View menu

**** awful!!!!. after telling that the menu had changed and eating was really good, how disappointing went with my family (4a, 2c) on a Sunday, we all decided to have a sunday roast. we waited and waited, after all it came about 25 minutes later words can not really describe eating. the meal consisted of 1 small chicken breast, 3 small brat potatoes, a spoon of cabbage, carrots and pudding and gravy. they are not asked if they want to engrave me personally, I can't stand that test. when I say that the spoon is full, I mean a dessert spoon. the veg was cold though the meals were 2 for 10, I would have winston's pizza for Sunday and...read more

Great place to celebrate a family birthday. Very friendly bar staff. We were shown to our table and explained about the offers on burgers and given some recommendations from the menu. It’s very rare these days to receive such exceptional customer service. The manager was very helpful and friendly and took the time to chat with us even though it was quite busy. I believe the manager hadn’t been working with you very long but I would like to say that his attitude towards us and other customers service was very nice to see .
