I recently had a delivery from this restaurant and I can honestly say it was the best takeout I've had in a long time. It was not greasy and had amazing flavor. wish i could give 0 stars dont waist your money crispy duck was cremated was like swallowing glass chips was raw rice was bland prawns were over cooked chicken balls were like pebbles the only nice bit was the fortune cookies would not even feed to my dog also called up to complain all i got was a sorry i will tell the chef we will give you 5 pound of you next order. as if im going to waist my money buying food from you again

CLOSE THEM DOWN. Wouldn 't go again if it were free. Like what seems to be every chinese take away you go to (and buffets haven 't been to a restaurant) below standard 2nd rate garbage when these first started popping up in England they weren 't cooking this s#@t. If they were they 'd be zero chinese takeaways here today. the pearl lol a gem this place most certainly isn 't. Dont worry about hygiene ratings you pathetic council get on to food quality before anything else but like the producers of my meal tonight they couldn 't give a s##t about it. Save your money sand go hungry.

I placed an order for food at 6:10pm and still haven't received it by 7:50pm. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the delay, the woman on the phone was rude. We overheard her saying to someone else that the food should have been ready by now, but she told us over the phone that it was still cooking and would be out shortly. That was 25 minutes ago. When we confronted her about the wait, she rudely mentioned that the shop was busy and then hung up the phone.
