"Although we didn't have a meal, we stopped by for a drink and to unwind after a long drive from South Wales. The staff were very friendly, especially a polite and helpful blonde lady who always addressed us as "darling." The bar had a lovely and warm atmosphere, and we will definitely be back to try the food next time we visit Letchworth."

Although we had to wait a little longer than expected for food, Danielle and Jack kept us updated, and gave us a complimentary drink for or wait. As always staff was lovely and friendly! And the food was so good!

Came up for just a chilled evening with some friends Wednesday night and we were served by a lovely young lady called Eva. She took the time to properly engage with us and strike up a conversation. 10/10 service and wonderful at her job !

Karaoke night was fantastic. Stu and his team (Dani, Jack, and Eva) were amazing, and my friends and I had an excellent evening. It was a perfect start to the pre-Christmas weekend. Keep up the great work, guys, and merry Christmas to all of you. We'll see you in the new year.

On a late train back from London, waiting for a pick up, a stop for an hour or so, a couple of pints and an excellent fish sub. It's lovely at a weekend, and great fun too, but on Tuesday I was able to sit and catch up on a few bits and bobs with no worries at all. Super friendly team too, highly recommended!
