The food was the best we e had at a country pub. My lamb was succulent and tasty, and there was a good portion of it. The vegetables were delicious and the wine list varied. Plenty of space too.

eating service was excellent, celebrated birthday meal yesterday, booked a table in the bar area, as we have a 2yr old cookerpoo dog that comes with us, they sit quietly under the table. very nice staff when we plan a celebration, then it is on 'the plough'
