"My friend and I visited here for some lunch. I had the bacon, brie and cranberry baguette and my friend had the chicken ceaser on toast. We were welcomed nicely even though it was busy, and waited about 10 mins for a table for 2. All of the staff were lovely! I haven't been here before, so I was really excited and looking forward to their hot chocs! The food was nice, for £11 I'd have expected a nicer baguette (it was a bit soft and soggy). The chips were goooood, and my friend liked her meal. The hot chocs weren't the best! Appreciate the design, but the amount of Nutella on the side made it impossible to drink it really needed a straw, or something. I'd rate the daim hot choc a 2/5. It was really just ok! Experience (and 4 star reflection) made better by the lovely staff, great views and quick service! Will probably go back in future to try something else."

Unwelcoming. You have to wait to be seated even when there plenty of unreserved seats outside and you are ignored while you wait. When ordering you are requested to pay immediately (this may be outside only) and they only accept card payment. They will of course accept tips in cash. Nice view though and only cafe on sea front which is why people go I guess. Certainly not for the service Food: 3

The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made the dining experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting and added to the overall charm of the evening. I highly recommend trying the fish and chips—they were simply delightful! Plus, there was plenty of free parking available, making it easy to visit.
