"What a delightful surprise! This was our first time at The Vine, and we arrived late on a Sunday evening to find it bustling with customers. The friendly staff informed us there might be a 45-minute wait due to a shortage of workers, but our food arrived in just 22 minutes. We both chose the Chicken and Chorizo Tagliatelle and were extremely happy with our decision. The dish was served hot and cooked to perfection. It was a wonderful meal, and the garlic bread was the best I've had in ages. We can't wait for our next visit. Thank you!"

Popped in for a little bite to eat. And had the black pudding scotch egg and some cheesy chips. Random I know. Very nice food and incredibly dog friendly. Will definitely be returning one day for something for dinner.

I brought my family here to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary while on holiday at Nodes Point Holiday Centre. We all enjoyed fantastic meals at great prices. The staff were friendly, and the pub was bustling, which is always a good sign.

Went to The Vine Inn yesterday for lunch with my wife and two friends whilst on our short break from the mainland. What can I say.......... AMAZING! Food is superb, service is impeccable and the pub itself is big but still felt cozy. We will definitely be returning when we come for a break away again. Top marks guys gals! Keep it up!

Delicious food, excellent service, and great value. They also offer a slimming menu if that's something you're interested in. The two cheerful girls at the bar and the polite, friendly waitress made the experience even better. My partner had a Roast Pork dinner, and I had Gammon—both dishes were very tasty. I would happily return and recommend this place to others. Thank you! View menu

Great pub with a nice atmosphere and a good selection of food and drink. The food was really nice and huge portions. The staff were great and friendly and the food came pretty quick. Definitely worth a visit. Worth knowing there’s a hidden garden out the back too. Came back a second time today and was even better than before. The vine burger was amazing if you’ve a big appetite.

August 2021. My wife and I had a very pleasant evening meal, the staff were very welcoming and attentive, minimal but adequate covid precautions were being used. An extensive bar also has real ale available. The menu had the usual food available and there was a specials board (frequently changed) with more specialised meals, as is the desert menu.... All our food was served quickly and piping hot. A very nice comfortable pub/restaurant we highly recommended you try..

"After being recommended vigour by an friend, I popped in for lunch. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who made me feel welcome. Going through the extensive menu full of delicious delights and delicacies, I opted for shredded pork tortillas and pork bao bao for starters, and steak (medium rare and eggs (soft poached. For mains with a refreshing cola with ice, and a creamy coffee for after. The atmosphere in there is really quite nice. The rustic vibe, of exposed bricks, rot iron fixtures and neon signs gave it plenty of character. While the ability to see into the kitchen gave you a good sense of connection to where the action truly takes place. Their shredded pork tortillas came as a trio with a lovely dip. Being a starter, they were small but flavorful. The bao bao which i can only describe as tortillas but in a softer and thicker wrap with a slightly sweet note to them were lovely, and made for a pleasant new experience. They were quite accommodating when I asked for peppercorn sauce for my steak, and managed to do a flat ironed steak to perfect medium rare. With creamy yolk gently glazing it, every mouthful was a joy. I will also note their coffee was particularly creamy and frothy which I really liked. Now, the one potential down side for some is the prices. While the food I had was lovely, and I don't at all regret going. I will say it's not somewhere you go to eat on a tight budget. You pay for the atmosphere, and the food quality is above many typical cookie cutter restaurants. My meal came to just over £34 drinks included, and while I can't make it a regular, I surely will be making it a spot my son and I go to treat ourselves. I will say that if I had my son with me at the time, I could have split the starters and just added chips to the mains to feed both of us quite happily for not much more. Should you be in a position to go regularly, take advantage of their loyalty scheme and get some tasty perks."
