"Would recommend this location lovely big car park at the rear Wonderful food friendly staff nice drinks and room’s .Breakfast was excellent. Pickering is lovely to experience loads of nice little shops and things to see and do , Steam Train to Whitby, museums and a Castle to view nice walking in the surrounding area. Tonight we visited the White Swan at approximately 8pm for a meal. We asked for a table for four and was abruptly told, stopped serving, tills down . No I 'm sorry, in fact the girl serving drinks didn 't even look up at us. Appalling customer service. Service: 1
