"I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past, but I must say that their quality has significantly declined. During my visit last night, I encountered numerous issues such as lack of water in the toilets (which made me question how they wash their dishes), torn seats and poorly upholstered furniture. Additionally, my meal was undercooked and although they offered to replace it, I opted for a refund instead as I couldn't wait any longer. Although the staff were friendly, I feel sorry for them considering the state of the establishment."

Excellent Food and Service as always. This is always a go to place for myself and friends, a lovely environment, good food, good selection of drinks. Can’t wait to go back

Lovely lunch, bar staff were very nice. Weren't sure what beer to have so got a wee taste of both. Beyond burger was great, cheese Toasties too. Over all a nice and relaxing casual pub lunch. Would definitely recommend. View menu

We had lunch here staff were lovely but clearly short staffed. I ordered three tapas which were nice but my husband's chicken dish was inedible a dried chicken breast with congealed sauce on top. Staff were so apologetic and we were not charged for dish but spoilt our day out.

I dined with some friends for dinner and drinks, and it was a fantastic way to start our night. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff were lovely. The cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. The food arrived promptly and was prepared exactly as we had requested. We will definitely be returning!

After being somewhat disappointed at Slains Castle across the road, we decided to come to this restaurant for some food. We were very happy with our southern fried chicken burger and steak. The food arrived quickly, within 10 minutes, and was hot and delicious. The service was outstanding. We will definitely be returning. View menu

In Aberdeen for a long weekend and bit of a pub crawl. Belmont Street has at least half-dozen pubs from top to bottom and the Wild Boar was friendly, lively and some pretty cool decor, including the ceiling and stairs to the lower floor. Bar man was a really friendly bloke who was happy to chat for 5 minutes whilst pouring drinks. Drinks very reasonably priced and very enjoyable atmosphere. Will definitely return.

A nice, cozy pub. Have been there with my work mates for a late lunch and really enjoyed it. Loved the fact that the tables are arranged in a way that people at another table don't overhear your conversation. The service was good, food excellent, no frozen rubbish, value for money very good. A bit surprised that drinks need to be ordered at the bar and carried to the table by people themselves but waiters collect the glasses then. Nice atmosphere and music, definitely recommend.
