Ales were good, clean pub, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Will defenitely be using this as my local. Haven't tried food yet, will do next time.

Popped in for a drink after work and was very pleasant. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a drink outside in the outdoor seating area

Great pub with amazing food. How they have coped with reopening after such a trying time is a triumph. Ignore the bad comment about opening hours, if we can't be fair an lenient at times like these when can we?!

Was staying nearby and found this title gem. We were welcomed with a cheery hello. Everyone in the pub were so friendly and chatty with us. We ordered the small portion of scampi chips and peas so I could have a pud

The staff were extremely strict with the Covid regs and after that the service was spectacular. We didn’t have any delay with ordering and getting our drinks at the table and our server, Florrie, was cheerful, helpful and very efficient. A great experience all round. View menu

Visited for a date night, food and a few drinks. Lovely pub, great drinks nice atmosphere and layout. The food was a massive let down, not the way it was cooked, just the sheer quality of it, burger was a cheap burger van type and the fish was very poor. Would visit for drinks anytime but steer clear of the food!

Although being sat outside, my family had a fab time. We were served within a few minutes of arrival after all relevant covid checks and precautions. We decided to order food and my husband ordered a home made pie or what I would call a proper pie he said. My children were satisfied with their affordable price kids meals as well. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely visit again!

My partner and I came visit last night, our first date night in a while due to Covid. We sat down outside waited to be served waited 10minutes intill my partner went in to see if they could serve him at the bar. One girl was about to in till another girl came around and said no you have to wait intill we come to you out side. We were waiting a good 20minuted after that, where it got to the point of me going in to ask if we could served as we’d been waiting for god knows how long.
