"On arrival we were shown to our table and ordered drinks which duly arrived, unfortunately my white wine was warm, not a good start. We had asked for tap water on the table too and even though I repeated the request three times (and I think one of the people I asked was the manager) I'm still waiting for it to arrive two days later! The menu was disappointing, not a patch on the sample menus on the website. As far as the food quality is concerned the pizzas were good but the slaw that came with the Reuben sandwich was just red and white cabbage and mayonnaise, no onions, no carrots, it wasn't slaw. When we asked for the bill it seemed to take an age to arrive, mainly because nobody could find the card machine. We noticed too that there were odd items scattered about on the tables near the till that were not in use, shopping bags and the like. We were all very disappointed with the Yorkshire Deli Pizza Bar and won't be returning."

Very cold upstairs, bring a warm jumper! Ordered soup to warm up but that was pretty cold when it arrived too. Food average but we might have just made bad menu choices.

The food was delicious, and the prices offered great value for money. However, the service was a bit lacking, as we had to remind the staff about our second drink order twice.

The staff were excellent: considering that they had to work in freezing temperatures. We had to wear outdoor coats throughout our visit. My wife was unable to finish her meal as she was so cold. Very poor.

I only made a reservation for the Bottomless Brunch, but when I arrived, I was informed that they no longer offer it. The menus were dirty, and the service was poor during the brief ten minutes we were there.

Overall, it was a great experience. The service was quick, and the staff was attentive. The atmosphere was excellent. The food and drinks were delicious, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality of the offerings.

Booked via OpenTable through their own website. Phoned on the day to see if we could arrive 15 minutes later, only to be told they shut at 4pm. But my confirned reservation was for 4.15pm??? Oh yes, came the answer, the website says we close at 6pm, but it's wrong. Sorry, we shut at 4pm. Great!

Poor experience. We were the only party to book a table and we were seated in the doorway which was chilly and we had staff walking in out serving customers outside at one side and retrieving pastries at the other. Food was average which was the most disappointing. Poached eggs were hard and cold, didn’t bother mentioning it on the day as saying it was chilly where we were sat had already fallen on deaf ears. Would we return or recommend? No, definitely not.

"My son expressed his desire for a restaurant that wasn't too fancy or too casual. It's always a challenge to gather grown-up sons for celebrations when they are spread out, especially when you're unfamiliar with the restaurants in Leeds. After scrolling for hours and exchanging options, we finally settled on Gallery 41, which happened to have a 20% off deal on all food for certain days in November - perfect for N's birthday. After a long journey and a chilly afternoon at Kirkstall Abbey, we were ready to eat, and boy, did we eat well. The olives were a hit with my sons and husband, while the garlic bread was described as some of the best they'd ever had. The Skin Fries were a crowd favorite, so much so that we almost fought over the last ones. The main dishes were equally impressive, with the meat eaters raving about the Spiced Pepperoni and the Vegetarian option wowing my husband. I couldn't resist the Florentina pizza, a personal favorite of mine. Dessert was a hit as well, with everyone indulging in their sweet tooth. The atmosphere at Gallery 41 was perfect for our family gathering - quiet, cozy, and conducive to good conversation. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning with the rest of my family and indulging in more of Gallery 41's delicious offerings. In the end, it's the simple things like family, good food, and quality time together that truly matter. Thank you, Gallery 41, for a wonderful dining experience."
