"No sé si hoy corrimos con mala suerte o no era el día de los chicos o por venir de la playa no estábamos presentables pero desde la entrada ni siquiera un hola que tal, 1.Me he acercado a la barra a preguntar si había servicio en la mesa y simplemente las cartas están en la mesa como respuesta. 2. Al ver qué otras personas le ponían el vaso con hielos tuve que levantarme a pedir los míos, alcanzó a cobrar me di la vuelta y tampoco me los ofreció por que creyó que no quería vasos,eso dijo. 3.Me parece que deben dejar que terminemos los entrantes para traernos el segundo pero todo junto de primero pues se nos enfriaron las hamburguesas. 4.Mientras atienden en la barra... bostezan,la chica recogiendose el cabello, luego soltandoselo. La comida puede ser muy buena pero el servicio al cliente es fundamental,Me voy indispuesta hoy pero puede ser mejor. Gracias"

One of the best burger shops in Bilbao. I visit the place regularly, most of their burger are amazing with fresh ingredients! The Onions rings and fries are also legendary! However, most of the staff need to be friendlier with the customers.
