the carvery was still very good to keep in the eye that the place was packed for 40% outside a main course. the people were on a waiting list.

very easy to choose from the carvery; the profiteroles tastes. only negatiw is very tired, worn and grubby seats. service friendly and efficient.

Went here for dinner with my family. The staff were friendly and as per our request sat us out of the way due to us having a pram with us. The food was good although the vegetables were bland and required salt. My only real disappointment was that they had no gammon. Over all not bad not great.

Lots of free parking, Very welcoming place staff are polite and professional. Very clean and plenty of tables. Food was well presented always getting topped up with fresh dishes, was piping hot and really enjoyed my breakfast so much so I had a second smaller one. Definitely recommend this place. View menu

Our local spot always impresses with its delicious, high-quality meats. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our server, Jenna, was attentive from the moment we sat down, and she was incredibly friendly and cheerful. She demonstrated excellent politeness and was great with customers. She truly is an asset to the restaurant.

I was really impressed with the service I received at this restaurant, especially considering my allergies. When I sat down, the staff inquired about any allergies I might have, which they then communicated to the kitchen. I was provided with a list of safe options, and the management confirmed what I could eat. It was refreshing to see my non-standard allergy taken seriously. Additionally, I mentioned my preference for a quieter seating area, and they accommodated that as well. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer!

I visited the restaurant for a carvery on Thursday this week, and honestly, it was nearly flawless! The food was hot, and the portion of meat was generous. I had requested a large portion but ended up receiving a regular one; however, it was quite loud, so I can overlook that, haha! After my positive experience, I returned on Saturday for breakfast. It was almost perfect, but not quite as impressive as the carvery. When I went up to the buffet, there were no breakfast Yorkshire puddings available, but I assume they were restocked fairly quickly.
