"This restaurant is overrated, overpriced and overall a below average experience. We visited for brunch, the prawn and crab eggs Benedict was ok but nothing right write home about. The minute steak was too chewy and hard to cut with the steak knife they provided and when we told our waiter he offered another knife!!! They also offered to change it but advised it would all be the same! The blueberry pancake I ordered because obviously I couldn’t eat the steak was quite dense. I wouldn’t eat here again."

Despite living nearby, I hadn't visited Tom's until this week.

Slowest service I’ve ever received. And the barista needs an attitude adjustment immediately. Food was great though...

Great service, from start to finish. Excellent food, good choice, with plenty for a veggie. Pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy seeing in the kitchen.

We had a delicious dinner with great service. The menu had many varied dishes and it was difficult to make a selection as we were keen on so many. View menu

It took 45 minutes for our juice to arrive, our order was lost by the kitchen and so our late arrival's order arrived 30 minutes before our own. The front of house was understaffed and did their best in the circumstances but we won't be going again or recommending it to anyone else.

Toms kitchen is in a nice quiet area away from crowds. Nicely decorated and really lovely staff who allowed us space but kept on top of things. We had snacks to start, two hanger steaks well cooked, lovely fish and amazing chicken burger. It is expensive for outside London tourists but for Chelsea its a good price with nice bistro style food

We had a meal here in late November with a friend, we were sat upstairs! Initially I was disappointed as we were the only table up there, but that changed fairly quickly! The food was great, fish and chips were lovely! The only negative was that it got a little too loud, so we struggled to hear on another, but the food and service were great! View menu

I had a bad feeling from the moment we arrived. As I announced we had a reservation for brunch and gave the details, the host made a pained face and then dramatically declared that thank goodness she did have a table for five available. Their service laptop had been stolen that morning so she had no way of knowing how to allocate bookings over walk ins. Evidently they were woefully understaffed this morning too.

I really enjoyed the food but the service was very poor. We waited ages to get drinks and to order our food. We were also told that we had to vacate our table by 9.15pm and at 8.45 we still hadn't had our main course. As a consequence we didn't have time for dessert!! I also had one of the vegetable dishes dribbled over my head and dress which ruined my outfit and put a damper on the evening!! Very disappointing!
