"Es la cuarta vez que hemos pasado por la válvula desde su apertura y la verdad es el día que hemos sido más felices. en el tiempo de la última vez, y nunca comimos mal, pero no fuimos completamente convencidos. hoy la verdad que notamos que la carta mejoró y preparó, por igual. el lugar es una maravilla, esas vistas no tienen precio y comer con el fondo del mar es una de las mejores experiencias. Sería un placer no reconocer la belleza del lugar y que realmente comimos bien. algunas croquetas centolas y una paella de pulpo y zamburiñas fueron una gran opción. la relación precio/calidad es jota, debe entenderse que la situación del lugar también debe ser pagada. atención normal, ni buena ni mala. sin duda cuando pasa por ferrol la válvula es un lugar para visitar."
