"Erfahrung: okay! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, das Essen ist lecker und die Portionen machen satt! Teilweise ein gestresster, teils unfreundlicher Service! Massenabfertigung. Wenn ich das VAPIANO Hamburg mit den VAPIANO Luxembourg vergleiche, dann bin ich komplett zwigespaltener Meinung. Luxembourg ist entspannter mit besserem Service. Hamburg-Rothenbaum ist das Gegenteil. Schade!"

Dieser Laden konnte mich nicht überzeugen. Alles wirkt wie in einem Massbetrieb, etwas lieblos. Uns gefiel´s nicht, wir werden nicht mehr in dieses Vapiano gehen.

Gerade jetzt, da die Sonne sich ab und zu mal wieder in Hamburg zeigt, kann man den Außenbereich super nutzen, um mitten in der Stadt ein bisschen zu entspannen. Die Liegestühle sind super dafür geeignet der Alltagshektik kurzzeitig zu entfliehen.

Der "Kassierer" kannte sich nicht mit der überall beworbenen App aus und sagte nur: "Keine Ahnung!" und kümmerte sich auch nicht weiter drum. What I expect of Vapiano is consistency, not the highest quality.So when I say Lazy, it means they just make a bad dish with their products, and down to the staff.My Pizza was under cooked, and the staff couldn't give a damn.The pasta dished were drenched in sauce, and looked more like Mac and Cheese than a +10 Euro dish.

Virkeligt godt koncept, og fremragende mad!Ved indgangen får man et plastikkort, som man bruger hver gang man får udleveret mad og drikke fra deres barer. Undervejs kan man ved hvert køb se ens saldo, og når man forlader restauranten betaler man samlet for alle ens køb.Klassisk italiensk madKæmpe mojito til 6.5€ kan anbefales!
