Vinoteca - Menu

A seriously good post-lockdown Saturday lunch. Vinoteca bavette has been one of those key things missing from life, and this lunch corrected that. Great food, great service, great wine. Vinoteca is back: hooray.

We had lunch and found the menu choice a bit limiting. The food was slightly oily and the portion size quite average. The service was cold, distant and not up to the standards we were expecting. Would not consider it again

A lovely, cosy restaurant with great food, wine and friendly staff. Super dog friendly too. Our Cocker Spaniel was very impressed with all the attention she received from the waiters! A really lovely Saturday evening dinner experience.

We had supper here on the way to the Barbican. A really nice friendly little restaurant serving tapas size plates. It is also a wine shop so selecting a wine to go with supper was a wonderful experience. The food was good. The staff very...friendly. Full to the brim. Worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our visit here due to the fantastic selection of wines available and expertly recommended by our knowledgeable and friendly waiter. Only small criticism was I thought the portions could’ve been slightly larger. However, everything was cooked well and matched the chosen wines perfectly....Would definitely return. View menu

great service, delicious food and excellent wine selection, both from the bottle and glass. we ate makrele and pate starter followed by perfectly cooked steak and really delicious laughs. a relaxed atmosphere and first class service meant a great place for the evening. directly into the street gives vinoteca the feeling of a really good French style brasserie. the best choice in faringdon.

went for an increase of moral and welcome new passenger dinner and must say that eating was excellent, a set menu, but great selection and so well presented and amazing aromen. excellent wine list and the wine that our host has chosen was white and from Greece, so smooth and super quality, like no kater this morning. the staff is friendly and friendly and professional, nothing is too much annoyed. can be a little loud when full, but the atmosphere was like on holiday. we had a great night.

The original Vinoteca in Farringdon is still my favourite. It works really well as a sort of intimate place to catch up with good friends over a nice glass of wine and some unfussy food. It’s a smallish place with an open kitchen and a...busy bar. This time I was pleasantly surprised that we managed to get a table at 7:30pm without having booked. It was full shortly after and humming with a pleasant buzz of people having a good time. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the huge selection of wines.
