"In this neighborhood we are loaded with tons of ethnical restaurants, and in the last years there was sort of an inflation of openings of Asian restaurants, wherever a shop closed, instantly it was converted into one of these unspectacular new eating places where you now can eat unspectacular Asian or whatever is sold here as Asian - mostly boreing Asian fusion cuisine.Quite the controversy happened to the Vinpearl. Before the Vinepearl opened there was a Lebanese restaurant located, which hat quire good food- but the management was not so good and it closed down which made me very sad.Surprisingly the Vinpearl is outstanding regarding there dryly menue, the variations of sushi and their ramen dishesWhat I like is they are very flexible, friendly and the food , even when it's pretty crowded doesn't take longAlways fresh and never left disappointed.I would call it the restaurant I always go, when not in the mood to eat at home"

the pho is delivered in two seperate shells so that the nudes are not mushy and it is one of the best phos in berlin!

We had a delicious dinner here. The food was fresh, well-made and tasty and the service excellent. Their prices are more than reasonable.

the location is good on Prenzlauerberg. Service was ok. I was there on a quick bite after work and.. i didn't like nor think it was quality food. Rather fairly average Asian food.. For sure not the best food i had in the neighborhood.

We were looking for another japanese restaurant when we saw it. It looked nice and cosi. The menu is appealing and the food excellent. I was sad to not be hungry anymore after the sashimi, cause the pho bo soup looked great. Btw, the mojito was good too. Hope I can go tmw.

During my 2 week visit in Berlin I visited this place 3 times. Really good food for a small price! Make sure you come early in the evening so there is still place or reserve your table up front, as it is always busy in this restaurant. The spring rolls are definitely a must take.

Really nice sushi and Vietnamese restaurant in Prenzlauerberg. The place is very cosy with a typical minimal japanese style. The prices, a bit higher than the average, are justified by the good food and service (we spent 50 € for two japanese dishes and one vietnamese). Strongly recommended

I was told this was the "best sushi in Berlin"! Now I hear that phrase a lot and most places don't even come close but Vinpearl places very high in the ranking!I really liked the idea of Vietnamese and Japanese combined so we had the following:Mango salad with gambasLunch Menu 1 (1pm-4pm) includes miso soup and a good portion of Maki and Inside outUnagi Inside outWe had a beer to accompany the feast!Enjoy and Cheers

Berlin is a good place for eating, but this restaurant was our preferred one. While having lunch at a nearby Italian restaurant, we spotted this one and tried it for dinner. We had an outside table. Sushi and sashimi were good (we have had better sashimi), the kids dishes (shared) were very tasty (Bun bo la lot - good Vietnamese food), good miso. We paid 66 euro for (lots of) food, drinks including a bottle of wine. Excellent food for a good price in a very nice neighbourhood. Worth trying!
