The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and it's no surprise that the restaurant was packed today! I will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend it.

This is the 3rd time we have been for sunday dinner, came today for friends birthday it was fantastic all fresh food excellent staff amazing couldn't do enough for us, we will be back just PLEASE keep lemon crunch pudding on the menu.thankyou

A lovely meal, although we struggled to decide what to choose from the 2 pages of choices! Settling on the small fish and chips, I wouldn't want to see what size a normal one was! This one hung over the plate. Unfortunately no room for dessert. Very friendly and helpful staff. View menu

My husband and I went on a date night to this traditional pub on Friday evening. The food was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a folk night in the bar area which had a good turnout. I would definitely recommend this place and suggest giving it a try.

We visited here for second time as a family and the food and service was good but you could hear a pin drop so made the conversation difficult as the people around us were listening to every single word we said. Very off putting. Needs background music desperately. The people on the other table agreed. Please play some gentle music.

Distinctly average lunch experience. If you like factory made starters (samosas/prawn sticks etc) warmed up for service, and pre-cut meats for your Sunday main, rather than freshly cooked, with uninspiring overcooked vegetables, then this is for you. Pleasant, attentive service by the young woman waitress redeemed our experience a little but not enough to encourage our return. The whole offering needs investment. View menu

We booked at table at the Weston cross for a party of 17 the staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our evening very enjoy we pre-ordered and all meals came out piping hot which can be very hard to achieve on a large table. The landlady Lesley came over and introduced herself and to check everything was ok with our meals I would definitely highly recommend the Weston cross and will be returning very soon.

Having been away from my hometown for 24 years, it was wonderful to discover that the warm hospitality of the people in Herefordshire is still thriving, especially at the Weston Cross Inn. The owner, Graham, and his wife, Lesley, were delightful, as were their staff members, Anna and David. The home-cooked food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed a glass of Malbec. I highly recommend a visit to Weston Cross for anyone exploring the Wye Valley.

I visited for an evening meal with 17 other women, unfortunately it had only been booked for 17. I had ordered roast beef was the last to be served to be told there was no more. ? (I suspect pre packed roast dinners.. . The lady in charge then stood in the middle of the room bemoaning the fact that the numbers were wrong; she made me feel as if it were my fault and was quite unhelpful. She said did I want fish and chips? Or cottage pie? Eventually brought a menu (suspiciously large and I chose sirloin. At which point she said I would have to pay more for that!
