"The customer service was shocking, I came with one friend and when we told the waiter we are ready to order, he told us one second and gave us a very rude look. We ordered calamari and seafood pasta, they had no muscles for the pasta and the calamari was also in very thin slices for the amount it cost. The mocktail was also incredibly sour, we even went to a different restaurant afterwards ordering the same drink and it was no where near as sour as that. The worst part was that another man had come in to eat after us and ordered the same pasta. A server came to ask him how the food was whilst he sat right next to us. She completely ignored us, not asking how we felt about the food, even though we ordered the exact same thing, I have never felt so unwelcome! The service needs some training ASAP. However, the toilets were very clean looking and well designed."

I love their vegan food, I've visited a few of their branches around London and they haven't ever disappointed me. Their vegan dishes are delicious! The staff are always friendly and always take extra care with food dietary requirements.

Friendly and helpful staff. Advisable to book if you have a particular time you want to eat at. We were between theatre shows and it was in the perfect location for us as well. I'd recommend the antipasto if you like that kind of thing good example. The food was a good standard and usually is. We'll be back.
