"Stumbled on this place after a few hours swimming at the local pool. All very hungry as a result, which was a good thing as meant we could enjoy mains and dessert! Our tartes flambees were delicious perfectly crispy base and just the right...amount of cheese, lardons and onion topping. My favourite was the Munster (local cheese) but the goats cheese one was also excellent. The dumplings were tasty (though perhaps meatballs would have been a better description/translation). If you visit, save room for the desserts the cafe gourmand came with a selection of four small treats (panna cotta, melon, chocolate mousse and a mini muffin) that were as good as I have eaten in high end places. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made us very welcome. Would highly recommend this restaurant!"

Not always easy to find good food when in Alsace, France. However, this restaurant was the number 1 discovery of our trip excellent service, authentic and tasty dishes, correct prices. Keep the good work, Fillinger family we hope to be back soon!

Excellente cuisine Alsacienne, on se sent vite chez soi, le cadre est très agréable, la déco mignonne et soignée! Nous avons mangé un plat de kasknepfle et une choucroute. Tout était délicieux! Les prix sont plus que raisonnable. Le service aux petits soins.

Très bon accueil, sourire et amabilité de la part du personnel et de la gérante.Restaurant propre avec belle déco montagnarde.Habitué de la gastronomie alsacienne, les plats qui nous ont été servis me permettent de confirmer tout le bien qui est dit de ce restaurant. Viandes bien cuisinées, accompagnements variés, et goûteux. Vins d'Alsace à la bouteille ou au pichet.Une certitude, nous y retournerons.

La winstub S'stewla est une vraie bonne winstub : acceuil chaleureux, décor boisé, service plus que pro et efficace et nourriture ... Que dire ... le cordon bleu m'a tuée!Il est copieux et surtout excellent! La sauce au munster est une tuerie!! Vraiment délicieux, mon ami et moi étions ravis!Pour accompagner tout ça un joli Rhone rouge, un Ventoux, du domaine Arnoux et fils .. slurp! Merci encore a eux, bravo et bonne continuation!
