"Stayed at the Wyvill Arms on 9th and 10th August, what can I say we had a lovely stay! After having only just opening back up, the staff ensured a safe while still relaxing environment! The staff on hand couldn't do enough! I have to give a special mention to the young man that served us breakfast and drinks, unfortunately I didn't get his name, but what a positive attitude he had to reopening the doors to the public and wanting to get back to what he loves doing! The food was delicious with very generous portion sizes! Than you for a wonderful stay, highly recommended!"

Been on 3 occasions, excellent freshly prepared food to order outstanding quality and service. All Covid requirements strongly adhered to with staff in visors/face masks. Everyone worked very well to still create a welcoming and fabulous environment. See you all very soon and thank you.

Had a lovely meal at The Wyvill Arms last night. They’ve only been open a few days but doing everything right to keep people safe while serving them delicious food. We used the Britstops Book to find this place and will definitely come again. The most beautiful steak I’ve had in a long time (and HUGE! . My partner had the salmon and was very happy with it. Also happy to welcome our dog in the bar area for eating.
