Amazing food and amazing people!!! 10000% would eat here again atmosphere was perfect xxx punkin katsu was sooooo yummy

with my daughter visited was a few times the eating is amazing, hot, fresh and much to choose the noodle and noodle dishes are beautiful and my daughter fav katsu curry vegan options great, the ice desserts,,, yummy, the staff were beautiful...and friendly to and even gave us free sushi to take home. be not back.

Never tried this type of cuisine before. So was interested to see what was offer as I've heard so many people tell me that im missing out. Well it was all ok but the inner child in me was disappointed to see that the conveyor...belt wasn't working. Food was tasty but uninspiring. Considering what we ate i don't really think that we got great value and on that basis i probably wouldn't revisit this place but will maybe try a more authentic place at some point. View menu

After a fiasco a couple of months back we were invited back for Yo to make amends . They certainly did! We were looked after by Anna, for whom nothing was too much trouble,she was brilliant. The food was served promptly and the various dishes...were placed in front of us within a minute or so of one another, a massive improvement on our previous visit. Everything about this visit was top notch and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Again,a BIG thank you to Anna and her team for making this an enjoyable experience.

rated this place 3 years ago awesome. now do not disturb, quality poor, service fee due due to kovid is automatic as they need to pay online and therefore here service is as bad as they obviously do not care how they have their money or tips. in the bag. waits for drinks. had to ask when they ask for more on their phones. miso soup unlimited, forget how they never ask u for refill. £74 for me and my 2 daughters worst restaurant experience in years. also in the rule they wait due to popularity. the seats are loaded so that the customers do the same as I. avoid the space!

we love this place in the rule, it is all we could talk about a whole week, we could not wait for a “YO” I understood during the Kovid locks etc. no transport band of food, and had to order food via the app, but not now no. Trying to go by thinking “Ooh, that looks good” menu ordering on an iphone was impossible gott, I had my young daughter with me! the drachenrolles didn't look like the pictures on the website! n a few others also saw nothing like usual we have yo often in some they don't compare, oh they also have to order wasabi ingwer does, but don't come back until I get out it is back to pre-Covid standard I buy away as well over internet from other institutions! the staff is very hel... Where do we start! After arriving at the restaurant and being called to come in by the kitchen staff as the front of house staff were no where to be seen, we were told to sit anywhere and not offered a high chair. Then we...ordered food through the app but no questions were asked if we had any allergies. We ordered a total of 5 things katsu curry, chicken goyza’s, beef teriyaki, salt and pepper squid and yo fries. Out of that the goyza’s were burnt, the beef was chewy and tar like, the Katsu curry was overfilled with rice and the yo fries were cold. You would have though it couldn’t have gotten any worse but the squid was so overcooked I couldn’t even bite through it. There were no managers...

Part of the reason we went to the Metro Centre was to eat at Yo Shushi. This would have been the first time since before lockdown, so we were really looking forward to it. We arrived at Yo and joined the short queue. On waiting,...we noticed that apart from the 3 chefs, there were only 2 staff on duty. But with the need to order your food and pay for it via the Yo App, they seemed to be just cleaning tables and clearing up after people. Having waited 25 minutes to reach the front of the small queue, we were then asked if we’d ‘booked a table’. As we hadn’t we were then told that although there were clearly some free tables, they were all booked, so we’d have to wait another 20 minutes or so....

Yo Sushi! What has happened to you?! We visited as a family during half term to make use of the kids eat free deal. On arrival we were told most of the hot food items weren't available due to supply issues. Edamame beans were unavailable...too which was part of the kid's meal starter... a very disappointing start. We had a very limited menu to choose from. We like looking at a menu but now sadly everything has to be done on your phone. Personally I find it very unsociable and rude seeing people glued to their phones in restaurants. Our phones stayed hidden at meal times and when we are together as a family.
