"Extremely horrible customer service. I ordered through their website to collect from Grays Inn, for which I received an e-mail confirming the order and pick-up location. Once I arrived to the place, I was told they had not received my order. I called the phone...number in the e-mail to be told that they only offer collection from their Marylebone branch, despite their website allowing me to choose Grays Inn, and that I had to go all the way to collect it from there. After rejecting walking for another hour, they told me to ask the Grays Inn branch to call them. The staff at Grays Inn did not manage to contact them in minutes although it took me only another minute to do so from my phone and put them in touch through my personal cell phone. When I finally got the order from the Grays Inn branch where I had been waiting for already minutes, the employee told me they were doing me a favor only for this time, as if it was my fault that their website sells services they can't fulfil! Unbelievable! When I thought nothing else could go wrong, I got home to open my package and discover they hadn't added a single sachet of soy sauce. Overall, terrible experience with even worse customer service. Last time I order from them."

worst place. I bought a salmon deluxe from earls court with you. nitriri lachs was missing from the box when I called the place to complain, they said I was lying. never buy!

You Me Sushi is my go to sushi place near work for take away. The place has a great variety all options being tasty. You literally cannot go wrong as it is also a great value. The only thing to say is that this...is not a restaurant. It is a take away place, as I think they only have two tables outside on the pavement. Definitely try it out if you are in the area.

I ordered eating over justeat of this really, that was eating late, so I called the restaurant and they told me that the driver will supply the food for justeat and I need to contact them. the person on the phone was very rude and rude....No sympathy ever. I talked to justeat about online chat and they confirmed that this restaurant actually used their own drivers, so it seems restaurant staff lied to me! I am included in the screenshot that confirms this. it is such a shame that eating is really nice, but the personal member who lied to me should be ashamed. at the end was eating too late!
