"First: we had smoothly ordered 3 geese and can say: excellent! We had a delicious goose at Christmas Eve to pick up with the mother-in-laws. This premiere was already very successful and then has even more appetite and anticipation for the next 2 geese on 2. Christmas day made with the big children. Preparation according to enclosed instructions was no problem at all and the animal came extremely tasty and golden brown from our oven. Overall, the goose and the supplements have met our taste and our guests more than. All are full and happy rolled home. We wanted to order ourselves (and only for us one more goose for New Year, even if that makes an obsolete impression. Unfortunately, it's already sold out. This shows how delicious the birds were. Hopefully the pandemic is over soon, hope is there, then we'll come by in the restaurant. And otherwise there are other goose for Christmas 2021 in our calendar. We were on 23.6.17 Sparerib's beer evening at Black Ross. The offer convinced me and the other guests. The Spareribs were of good quality (not stubborn or long kept warm, were served fresh at the table and immediately delivered there was a plentiful supplemental buffet of very good quality.
