"Interesting to note that so many others have come to review this shop for the same reason as me YET AGAIN, I HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY OVERCHARGED HERE. Not only that, but when I returned with my goods and my receipt, there was no apology and instead much swearing and blaspheming, as though I was the one to blame. Always ask for a receipt (then never give one unless you ask for it not very hard to work out why!! and always check it preferably before you leave the shop, not like me today, checking it only when I got home, but I was so incandescent with rage that they'd done it AGAIN, that I walked back through the rain to claim my refund. I totally agree with one of the other reviewers, that they pretend not to know the correct prices when you question the charge it's happened to me here many times. The only reason I keep going back there is that their bread is very good, but after today's utter lack of customer service and shocking rudeness, I will NEVER shop here again and urge you to do likewise. There are plenty of other shops just like this one, and plenty of other bakers too shops that wouldn't dream of overcharging as a matter of course/whenever they think they can get away with it, and who understand what good customer service is."
