We’ve been there with my boyfriend for a diner on Sunday evening and it was fantastic. Food was delicious, great service, even though one of our dish wasn’t like we was expecting it’s been fixed by staff really quick. we got a discount and it was really nice experience. We live local so will be back shortly

I eat here with my partner for a meal before a night out. I ordered the wings(large) and they were awful. Seriously over cooked that bad the chicken was chewy. The service from one of the waiters was rude and the didn’t even get us cutlery. When I asked him for sauce he also rolled his eyes. I live locally but never again returning.

On August 11, 2019, I visited this restaurant for the second time and once again had a positive experience. The food, drinks, and service were all good, and the person who served us was friendly. The only potential downside is that the long booth style seating can make it difficult for people to get in and out, although it does create a more communal atmosphere. I chose to dine at this restaurant due to their variety of vegan options, but after trying their 'vegan pancakes,' I became extremely ill. I suspect that there may have been eggs or dairy in them, as my stomach reacted in a way it typically does when I consume dairy accidentally. Additionally, it is possible that the food was contaminated or not stored properly. Upon visiting the basement restroom, where the kitchen was located, I had to hold my breath due to the strong odor. Overall, I had a negative experience and would not return to this restaurant.

I always come here whenever I'm in London. Clean and good variety on the menu. The food is a bit slow to come out (I've always gone early when it is quiet but it still takes a little while) but worth it. The Snickers milkshake is honestly the best shake I have EVER had. I think about it often. It doesn't even have a Snickers in it but they add all the good stuff and give you enough for 2 tall glasses. No other milkshake even comes close. For breakfast I've had the blueberry pancakes (lovely and other people will look at your pancakes with envy) and also the veggie burger. Fries are decent. Service was ****, vegan food was bland and my milshakes constantly are the wrong taste.we came in and it took aboUT 2 minute 's besides the restaurant being empty. The drinks took 15 minutes keeping in mind there was only 2 other tables(6 other people in the restaurant). I ordered a Snickers milkshake and it tasted like Peanut butter. I did not like it . It was nasty. Maria a lady who works there came over and was suprisingly rude telling me that I should know it was going to taste like Peanut butter . Last week Saturday I went to the dinner with my sister and a friend. First waiter was very polite and helpful when asking question about the menu although she didn't no anything about the cocktails and had to ask her manager. Been going to the diner for a while and generally the food is good and decently priced and they have a lot of plant based options but on this particular occasion i was quite disappointed. I decided to bring a friend with me and the black lady with straight hair and a cap was absolutely lovely and is a great waitress honestly, one of the best service ive ever had from her, super friendly and makes you feel comfortable, and is the reason why this isn’t a 1 star review. Tasty food as per usual but terrible customer service ruined my dining experience! I visited this branch with a couple of friends, upon entering the building we were aimlessly standing around for 2 minutes before having to wave to an employee to seat us. This was shocking because there were only 6 other customers, none of which were being served. Once seated we had to a wait a long time for an employee to come and take our order.
