"I had never thought that it was her basic run of the mill place as harvester, but no eating was absolutely amazing, personal was beautiful. Normally I am hard to impress as I worked in the gast friendship, but I have broken my arc I took my sling on the table when I uneasy to wear, the staff had noticed it when I came and came past to say that the cook would not know that would be recommended here for everyone."

"I was recently on a hen do in Bristol and we needed somewhere for lunch. My two friends and I were tasked with finding someone last minute for 18 hungry ladies and the bride had let slip she was hankering for a pizza. After strolling around and reeling off the usuals we stumbled across this place and looked longingly at a massive free table of this pizza/pie place, 'perfect ' was banded around if only we could have that table. So we took the plunge and went in! The guy who seated us was so nice and helpful and wasn 't even that fazed by seating 18 people. All seated we then remember there was a party member who had to have gluten free and vegetarian, no problemo! They have gluten free options too! Phew! We perused the menu and had a very tough time deciding on what to have out of all of the very nice options and there was some serious order envy going on when the food did arrive. I eventually decided on the lamb bam boogie pie and wasn 't disappointed! It came with lovely big wedges, chutney and a pickled onion. Just one, strange but enjoyable! But in all honesty I could have eaten any of the things on the table. We weren 't in any condition to try them but they have a large cider selection and you can even buy a sampler of 6 different ciders. This place is perfect for groups, families, couples or even singles. Everyone pays before for their own food in advance nando 's style and there 's plenty of choice and stuff to suit everyone! What a find!"

"Booked a family dinner for a new year meet up some family members had travelled quite a distance were told last meal orders time was 7.45pm which was fine with us. I’ve been coming here for years and always a great experience but not now. We were rushed from the outset to order food even before half the family had arrived that was only 7.20pm !! We were still finishing drinks just before 9pm when landlord started switching lights off then we’re told to leave as he told his was locking up within minutes!!. Continued his locking up switching off lights as we were practically ushered to the car park ! If we had been told at the booking they were closing at 9 pm then would have chosen to book elsewhere but this was not mentioned nor is it on the opening times of any websites. Never have we experienced anything like it. There is no point in finding the words to describe the level of poor service, hospitality and impact on our lovely family get together as you can all imagine it was basically very upsetting. Won’t be returning either !!!"

"**Meal Type:** Dinner **Price per Person:** £30–40 **Food Rating:** 5/5 **Service Rating:** 5/5 **Atmosphere Rating:** 5/5 **Recommended Dishes:** Tapas I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. The dinner was truly delightful, with each dish earning a perfect score. The tapas were a standout – bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable; the staff were attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a warm and inviting environment that enhanced our meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience."

"We only tend to visit the Weighbridge once every so often, but that's only because we live about an hour away. We visited last Saturday and as per all our other visits, it was well worth the journey! The starters were great, the puddings...were superb but the undoubted stars of the show were of course the in pies. The pastry is very short and just falls apart in the mouth. The fillings are fantastic and (if you have the full size pie) you most certainly won't be left hungry. We were served by a few different team members who were all very friendly and attentive and we were not kept waiting. If I had to criticize something it would be that there wasn't a traditional bitter ale around I had Bath Ales Prophecy which I chose because I was driving but to me it was a bit too citrus-ey. Personally I would prefer a more traditional ale like Butcombe Bitter or Wadworth That's just my taste though and it didn't detract from our experience at all. I would definitely recommend the Weighbridge. We are already looking forward to our next visit."

"beautiful staff, eating was delicious and very cheap, really impressive service of more or less a waitress, all the front of the house for the whole restaurant. it is a small place, but impressive and admirable all the same and it is clear that the staff works very hard. (was not the name of our waitress, but it was fantastic; the service was fast and she was friendly, polite and very attentive. please go and try them socrates taverna, but only if they plan to tap! they earn every penny."

"Haven’t been to this pub for many years. We have friends over from Ireland and had seen the pub advertised a few times so decided to give it a try. So very glad we did. Had the warmest of welcomes from the two lovely ladies serving at the bar who were great fun. The food was absolutely superb, quickly delivered, hot, plentiful and delicious. Will be back again very soon. Our friends were also very impressed. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"This place reminds me of what pubs are all about, a place where people gather and enjoy a warm, friendly get-together, these guys should be bottling this atmosphere and selling it, and by the New Year they should be millionaires Well done"

"This has to be the worst garden tea shop I have ever had the misfortune to go to. Staff rude. One of the managers shouted at a colleague in front of us. Orders over an app only which crashes out due to poor signal Guest wifi password needed and not supplied When you tell them you can't order using app as it says site unavailable, I was told I must have entered something incorrectly. I was then told someone would take my order 15 minutes later they remembered. In the meantime, a waiter helped me and told me yes they were having problems with it, but it's not their fault? whose is it? Order took 20 minutes to get to us. Was left waiting on counter to get cold for 10. They remade it and got both orders wrong. How can you get two teas and two scones wrong? They managed it. Tea was weak. Scones were good but an expensive outing for one so unpleasant. I won't be back ... rude, unpleasant, not apologetic, dreadful attitudes. Avoid at all costs. Rather go to Wisley a much more pleasant experience."

"I only stopped by for a drink and a snack. The restaurant was warm and cozy on a cold day. Despite the trains not running, the place was quite busy. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, which was convenient for my wife who uses a mobility scooter. There were a few entrances that made access easy. The service was good, and the food was delicious. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5. The price per person was between £1-10."

"We have often driven past The Bull and thought we should try it. As we had a double celebration due we rang and booked a table for a Saturday afternoon at 1.30. On arrival we noticed only 1 other table of 4 who were obviously waiting for food. I thought great the food won’t be long. How wrong I was. We waited over an hour for 4 meals. The other people waiting waited even longer than we did and 2 of their meals were ploughman’s. We couldn’t believe the wait considering there were only 2 tables. The ambiance was a bit like being in an east end pub. Very loud, lots of swearing even though there were kids running around. Bar staff were very nice but only kept apologising for the wait. Had we not of paid upfront for our meals we would never of waited so long. The food was ok but to be honest we were passed hungry. Would we go back. Not a hope in hell. Not the country pub we were looking for more like an east end boozer"

"in soho, just a few meters from the top of some of the best theater londons, is the nudelhaus. a restaurant that wants to combine the rest of the Asian teehouses that inspired it with the vibration of the flourishing street food stands. she wants to bring the tantalizing taste from Southeast Asia to the west end of london. the question is, have they cracked it and only reaches that?the nudelhaus aims to combine rest of a teehouse with the vibration of street food stands. these two dinge, calm and dizzy vibrator seem strange to each other, but somehow the nudelhaus has perfectly combined the two. the nudelhaus in soho manages to create the bozz and rest after which they are, but some of the aromes that I expected to do in Asia lacked. it is not far away and if they are in the opposite, whether they visit the theatre or not, the nudelhaus is definitely worth jumping in!"

"Yet another visit to The Criterion was carried out by myself , my wife, this time with son and fiancee along for the birthday cri-pie. The staff who were working at midday Saturday 25th are a credit to Hazel and a fantastic team. They make you feel valued, treat customers with dignity, respect, a friendly welcome and a smile. Now found the best time to go to make sure we get a table to demolish some pies and some drinks, making our long round trip so much more special. Thanks again team for what you do and how you do it. Fab pies again, whether steak or macaroni, a treat to eat"

"I stayed overnight at this charming mill and pub built in 1757, which has been modernized to ensure a comfortable experience. The menu was surprisingly diverse and exceeded the usual offerings. I highly recommend the slow-cooked pork belly accompanied by dauphinoise potatoes. The dessert menu is extensive, with all items priced reasonably. The service was also excellent, with friendly smiles throughout. In the morning, we enjoyed a full English breakfast before heading out for a walk in Blakeney, followed by a long journey back home to West Sussex."

"This pub is excellent. It is located in a house just 200 meters away. After reading positive reviews, we had high expectations for a good experience. We were not let down. We visited at various times for drinks and meals and were always warmly greeted by Budgie, the owner, and the friendly regulars. We had lunch on Sunday and a few dinners, all of which were excellent and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this place and will definitely make it our go-to spot whenever we are nearby."

"A cafe by the Bus Stop in Selby. The food was good. The service was excellent. Had a BLT and a Chip Buttie which I’d basically chips on a bun. Must be considered a vegan dish. The chips and bun were fresh. The BLT was flavourful. Good price for a fast lunch at a bus stop. Also had a coffee which was worth the money. Next time we are travelling through I’ll have to try something more substantial. The menu had much to offer Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"This pub has undergone multiple changes in recent years, pre COVID it had a long term manager/owner in place then a shift in the team running it and it suffered as a result. Now with the person in charge making the short jump from the North Pole (East Malling) it is happily and rapidly regaining much of its previous appeal. A welcome shift indeed, long may it last. This pub has atmosphere and charm and plenty of parking now with good food, plenty of parking and friendly staff. I have visited it over many years and am pleased to say that will continue. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips, Cheesy Chips, Chicken Pot Pie, Side Salad, King Prawn Linguine Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot"
