"During our stay at lodges in Cupar, we were recommended The Tavern for dining. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and were seated promptly. The waitress was polite, courteous, and friendly. Although there was a 40-minute wait for our food, it was freshly prepared to order. We enjoyed the steak pie and haggis chicken, both of which were delicious. Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert. We will definitely return to The Tavern when we are in the area again."

"We visit this restaurant every sixth Friday when our dog is being cared for. I had the hunch to try their fish and chips, and I was delighted by how beautifully battered and crispy they were. We often bring our older friend, who absolutely loves the toffee banoffee pie. I also brought my family along, and they all enjoyed their meals; the melon cheesecake was particularly refreshing. My partner prefers simpler dishes, so they sometimes make her sausages and chips, and she loves the spicy ones. The staff is always very polite and incredibly helpful."

"highly recommended, sapores, my husband and I went as last minute booking for my birthday and I honestly had a brilliant experience. they will not be disappointed. first, the decor was beautiful! everything from the facility to the toilet was clean and immaculate. we were served by ikram who was asking with his friendly service and his recommendation as well as the others who all came to us several times how the food/shot was and when we needed something I never felt so relaxed and happy. other companies need to learn a few things about sapores staff labels! we went with ikram's suggestion of Shisha-Aroma; tropical vibes and it was the best taste I've been trying for a long time. the food met the place and presentation was immaculate. the burgers were full of taste and so were the chiffren, juicy and juicy. as I told the owner who asked us how everything was my answer; a* with a . they don't get this kind of service anywhere and it was the best. keep it up, I hope nothing but the growth of their business. I'll be back in a definitiw."

"Lovely breakfast in soho. Food quality was amazing but was a little disappointed that the big breakfast' doesn't come with beans and you have to order separately. What kind of big breakfast doesn't come with beans?! Maybe that's a northern thing.Food quality was great and service fantastic. We sadly tho had a seat next to the till area and several times I felt in the way (had to move at one point) and also staff were chatting hard not to listen to them chatting about the new waiter Defo worth a visit all the Food coming out looked amazing!"

"After being recommended vigour by an friend, I popped in for lunch. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who made me feel welcome. Going through the extensive menu full of delicious delights and delicacies, I opted for shredded pork tortillas and pork bao bao for starters, and steak (medium rare and eggs (soft poached. For mains with a refreshing cola with ice, and a creamy coffee for after. The atmosphere in there is really quite nice. The rustic vibe, of exposed bricks, rot iron fixtures and neon signs gave it plenty of character. While the ability to see into the kitchen gave you a good sense of connection to where the action truly takes place. Their shredded pork tortillas came as a trio with a lovely dip. Being a starter, they were small but flavorful. The bao bao which i can only describe as tortillas but in a softer and thicker wrap with a slightly sweet note to them were lovely, and made for a pleasant new experience. They were quite accommodating when I asked for peppercorn sauce for my steak, and managed to do a flat ironed steak to perfect medium rare. With creamy yolk gently glazing it, every mouthful was a joy. I will also note their coffee was particularly creamy and frothy which I really liked. Now, the one potential down side for some is the prices. While the food I had was lovely, and I don't at all regret going. I will say it's not somewhere you go to eat on a tight budget. You pay for the atmosphere, and the food quality is above many typical cookie cutter restaurants. My meal came to just over £34 drinks included, and while I can't make it a regular, I surely will be making it a spot my son and I go to treat ourselves. I will say that if I had my son with me at the time, I could have split the starters and just added chips to the mains to feed both of us quite happily for not much more. Should you be in a position to go regularly, take advantage of their loyalty scheme and get some tasty perks."

"There was a party of eight with different food requirements all of which were met with no trouble whatsoever. Everyone enjoyed their food and even booked the restaurant again the following day. "Visited for Valentine's lunch with my partner. I had devilled chicken skewers, crispy chicken and sesame dumplings, carrot cake doughnuts, and a matcha coconut latte. He had steak and eggs, a warm triple chocolate brownie, and tropical juice. I absolutely loved everything I ordered, everything...was delicious and quite unique I'd never eaten anything like the carrot cake doughnuts before and they were gorgeous. My partner, on the other hand, wished he'd ordered something a little more exciting as he said his food was pretty average and nothing to write home about. So we'd recommend ordering something a little more exotic as they seem a bit more confident with those flavours! The restaurant was also quite loud, I think it could benefit from some more decor or something to soak up some of the sound as it really echoed. On the whole a lovely meal and good service, so I would definitely recommend it for a date."

"The service and food at The Vine were exceptional! We had booked the restaurant for a Hen Party with 32 people on Saturday 29th July. Megan greeted me when I arrived early to set up, and she was very accommodating when I requested a few adjustments to the table set up. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The food was delicious, served hot and in generous portions. We had pre-ordered from a 2-course set menu with plenty of options for both meat and plant-based diets. Even the picky eaters in our group were satisfied. Overall, the service, food, and decor were amazing, thanks to Davood and his team for making the Bride to Be's day unforgettable. The cocktails were also excellent. We will definitely be returning, but maybe not in such a large group next time."

"We recently provided a 5 star review on Trip Advisor, as the food was exceptional!! My wife particularly felt that the fish was the best she’d ever had. Due to this, we returned yesterday, where my wife again ordered the fish. What’s happened??? Different chef maybe??? She could have got a nicer fish from a back street chippy. It also said that it came with chunky chips, but this time it came with soggy wedges. Even the mushy peas were tasteless!!! What’s happened?"

"I had a lovely meal with my family, and everyone really enjoyed their dishes. I ordered the shoulder of lamb, which was exquisite. Although we had to wait for a bit, a coworker came over and inquired if we had visited since the reopening. They kindly guided us through the restaurant and explained the one-way system in place. The restaurant is very well organized, and we consistently appreciate the service we receive. Dining at Skyley House is always a delightful experience for us."

"I made a reservation for a large group of 14 people to have pizza fondue on a Saturday night. When we arrived, the tables were not set up properly and we had to rearrange them ourselves to accommodate everyone. Despite booking 3 pizza fondue pots, we were only given 2 upon arrival, leading to a crowded and awkward dining experience. The fondue itself was not as expected, with the bulk of the pot being mashed potatoes instead of cheese. The other meals were described as average, with limited vegetarian options available. The service was lacking, with staff being unattentive and unhelpful. Despite arriving during cocktail happy hour, the experience was disappointing overall. We will not be returning to this restaurant due to the subpar food and service."

"Visited this pub this evening and the service was one of the worst I have ever received. Young, brown haired girl on shift spoke to myself and my family horrendously, so rude and had the worst attitude. We were told we had to leave by 9 due to their license, although this has never been the case on any of our previous visits. Either make this clearer to your staff as there’s a huge lack of knowledge on this, or make it clearer before I give you my money. We were not told to politely leave, she told us ‘get out’ and stood at our table until we did so. Although, there was children still in the pub clearly under 18. Even a toddler running around. No one in my party was underage, but these literal CHILDREN were never told otherwise or kicked out when we were. I will never be returning to this pub and will do all I can to get word around about how awful this place is. Discrimination shown at its finest."

"It's not too far from Kidderminster, and though the car park isn't perfect, it has a lot of character. They go all out to make your visit enjoyable. This is probably the only pub that does an all-day breakfast on a Sunday. There is a lot to choose from on the menu. If you have dietary requirements, they are happy to help. They have a good understanding of gluten-free and cross-contamination. Thexwait from order to food on the table was short. They have a choice if chips sweet potato fries, curly fries, or chunky chips! Staff were friendly, and I was made to feel comfortable. They also cater to people who prefer smaller portion sizes. I'm happy to give this a recommendation. "Came in on wednesday last week for dinner with my family, Aimee was amazing at making sure all of my needs were seen to, as i have a few allergies. She was lovley to me and the rest of my family and made us feel very welcome. Even with my allergies the food was DELICIOUS, very fully of flavour and came out lovley at hot. The overall price of the meals were great for the portion sizes, especially the kids meals! The waitress we had for the majority of the night was very accommodating, came over to make sure everything was ok with our food and also asked whilst collecting the plates aswell. (i think her name was Kelly) but she was lovely. Everyone was good with the kids, serving their food first, guiding them to the kids menu’s and the colouring pages (was very impressed with these as a lot of pub lack stuff for the childrenThank you for a great visit all!"

"Andrew also clearly explained the ordering process and mentioned that we could use the app if we were uncomfortable ordering at the bar, which was very accommodating. He checked on us two or three times during our meal, remaining polite and friendly throughout. Once we ordered our food, we took a moment to appreciate our surroundings. The restaurant had a clean and comfortable atmosphere, with beautifully decorated tables and dust-free artwork adorning the walls. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in the establishment, and that pride extends to the kitchen as well. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive, which reinforced our expectations of freshness and quality from the moment we entered. The fish and chips were absolutely incredible – the best we've had in a long time. The fish was perfectly crispy, the batter was evenly cooked and flavorful, and the fish was wonderfully flaky. The chips were also great, although the double portion looked almost identical to the single portion since we planned to share it; we found that the servings were more similar than we expected. Overall, we enjoyed excellent service and high-quality food throughout our meal, leaving us satisfied even into the following morning. I've already recommended this place to my family and friends, and I plan to make it a regular stop. Thank you, Andrew, and the entire team – Andrew deserves a raise!"

"Riva is the best restaurant in Hale. This was my second visit and I was just as impressed as the first time, if not more! Last night (Thursday evening) we enjoyed amazing food and live music from a talented singer. Our group started with a snack board and then ordered beef Wellington, steak pie, fish and chips, and fillet steak - all of which were rated 10/10 by everyone.
