"I had a lovely meal with my family, and everyone really enjoyed their dishes. I ordered the shoulder of lamb, which was exquisite. Although we had to wait for a bit, a coworker came over and inquired if we had visited since the reopening. They kindly guided us through the restaurant and explained the one-way system in place. The restaurant is very well organized, and we consistently appreciate the service we receive. Dining at Skyley House is always a delightful experience for us."

The communication was lacking. I called Himley House to make a large booking for an 18th celebration, and I was repeatedly assured that someone would call me back, but they never did.
