Endroit très chaleureux, avec un décor kitch mais qui donne l impression d être dans une maison de famille. Personnel aux petits soins, en formation pour certains mais parfaitement encadré. Sur le repas vol au vent saucisse et cancoillotte (original) et filet de truite poulsard conseillé.... La Franche comté s exprime au travers de ce menu....

Avec une terrasse le long de la route qui traverse le village et une salle où les collections de moulins à café, de lunettes et autres participent à la décoration de ce lieu, on trouve une sympathique équipe de jeunes. Le hamburger du poulailler était très bon. Mon choix s’est porté sur la demi-saucisse de Morteau, l’aspect était appétissant, hélas elle n’avait aucun goût. Pour couper court à toute remarque, en couple avec une franc-comtoise depuis 20 ans, j’ai eu l’occasion d’en manger très souvent. Mon coup de cœur ira à la tarte Tatin.
